ATS FRANCE SAS was established by the founding partners with the intention of connecting the group’s existing entities in Italy and Spain with a centrally located operation. What better place than France, with its unique tourist area of the French Riviera, renowned worldwide and a destination for thousands of yachts evert year, passing through the magical coasts of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Saint Tropez, and many other locations.
ATS FRANCE SAS has a long-standing tradition of expertise in the maritime sector, as the parent company of the group, ATS S.R.L., has been active for many years in the new construction sector, specializing in the design, construction, and installation of all onboard piping systems for new yachts under construction. ATS FRANCE SAS specializes in the realization of metallic and plastic hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, fire-fighting systems, seawater cooling systems, and generally all high and low-pressure onboard systems. Drawing from this decades-long tradition, ATS FRANCE SAS has successfully extended its expertise to French territory, catering to both local and international clients.
In October 2023, after years of sporadic interventions in the area managed by the central branch, it was decided to establish an operational headquarters in Toulon, followed by the official opening of the French company ATS FRANCE SAS in January 2024, with its legal office in Cannes. In addition to managing warranties and after-sales services for Italian and European shipyards, ATS FRANCE SAS collaborates with some of the major French shipyards specializing in yacht refitting and maintenance, such as MB92 in La Ciotat (1,600 meters of quay, 12,000 square meters of dry dock, and a 4,300-ton lift) and IMS 700 in Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer (77,000 square meters of total area, including 20,000 square meters covered, a 670-ton travel lift, and 75 dry berths), among others, working closely with various local management and brokerage companies.
As a further sign of its commitment to the French territory, ATS FRANCE SAS is also a member of the Riviera Yachting Network cluster, a crucial reference point for the maritime sector and the connected supply chain of all companies operating in the yachting industry of the French Riviera and the PACA region. The company is also strongly committed to initiatives related to the environment, the territory, and education; collaboration and training projects have been launched with local educational institutions, including a specific training project through the provision of the multilingual digital training platform ATS ACADEMY.
In addition to its activities in maritime hydraulic installations, ATS FRANCE SAS has specialized in managing Service Point activities for some of the most important shipyards, both Italian, where the parent company is based, and other European countries. ATS FRANCE SAS collaborates with many local companies belonging to the RYN Cluster, true excellences in the various trades necessary for a refit, routine maintenance, or urgent intervention. From April 2024, a Service Point agreement is in place with the prestigious Italian shipyard Baglietto (https://www.baglietto.com/service-point/) for the entire French territory, including Corsica.
