ATS USA LLC was established as part of the group’s expansion program following the opening of operational offices in Italy, then Spain, and finally France. The launch of ATS USA LLC in May 2024 marks the completion of this internationalization plan, establishing a direct presence in Florida.
ATS USA LLC originates from a project aimed at supporting internationalization, undertaken in collaboration with Navigo and Penta, and with the on-site support of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Miami.
Despite being a recent entity, ATS USA LLC carries a deep-rooted tradition of expertise in the naval sector, stemming from its parent company ATS Srl’s longstanding presence in new construction, specializing in the design, construction, and on-site installation of all onboard piping systems for new yachts under construction. ATS USA LLC specializes in the installation of metallic and plastic hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, firefighting systems, seawater cooling systems, and in general, all high and low-pressure onboard systems.
Building on this decades-long tradition, ATS USA LLC has successfully transferred its expertise to the American market, serving both local and international clients.
Since 2024, the group has established its headquarters in the heart of Miami’s financial district in Brickell, through collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Miami. In addition to the administrative headquarters in Miami, the company operates in Fort Lauderdale, serving some of the area’s major shipyards, as well as West Palm Beach, and handles any urgent service interventions in the Bahamas or the major destinations of the nearby Caribbean (St. Barts, Antigua, St. Maarten, Virgin Islands, Saint Lucia).
